In January 2026, I began assisting Vellinga Custom Homes with the design of this project. The home, originally constructed in 2006, was in excellent condition and provided a solid foundation for a remodel. We made several changes to the floor plan for improved functionality, such as relocating the laundry room from the kitchen area and converting it into a spacious butler's pantry.
